How can I reschedule an appointment or consultation?

Rescheduling and cancellations can be completed via phone or on the booking site up to 48 hours before the appointment.

Initial Consultation

How long are consultations?

The first appointment is a 15-30 minute free consultation where Cat will assess your skin care needs and provide treatment options. Please note that you will have the option to do your first treatment during initial consultation. If you choose to do a treatment during the initial consultation, we recommend planning for 90 minutes.

After my initial consultation, when can I book my first treatment or service?

You have the option to begin your first treatment during your consultation, or book your appointment for a time that works best for you. Treatments often take between 20-60 minutes, but we recommended planning on 90 minutes for treatments.

Are there any initial forms to be completed?

Yes, can find a link to download your forms here. You are welcome to fill them out beforehand. If you plan on completing them at the office, please arrive 15-30 minutes before your appointment. You can find your forms here for download, and you are welcome to fill out forms at the appointment.

I’ve been burned by lasers before. Will these treatments really work for me?

What equipment does Cat use?

Cat currently uses the PicoSure® laser and Hyfrecator.

What products does Cat sell?

Cat sells a variety of high quality medical lines, her first priority will always be working with her client to make sure that they find a skin care routine that works well for their skin concerns.

Is the PicoSure laser FDA-Approved?

The PicoSure® laser has received U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 510(k) clearance to promote healthy skin renewal, control pigmentary conditions, minimize scar tissue, and even remove high pigment tattoos.


I can’t find the forms I need for my appointment.

You can find a link to download your forms here. You are also welcome to complete these at the office. If you plan on completing them at the office, please arrive 15-30 minutes before your appointment.

Payment and Discounts

What are my payment options?

Our practice accepts Care Credit, flex spending accounts, cash, and all major credit and debit cards. You can learn more about Care Credit here: https://www.carecredit.com. Currently insurance is not accepted.

Are there any packages that I can purchase?

What is the Referral Program?

If you are a current client and would like to refer a friend, you can be eligible for a discount on your next service! Have them book a consultation with Cat and mention your name for contact. This will give you half a treatment for free (up to $300 in value).

I don’t see prices on the website. Are the treatments affordable?

Cat is passionate about providing compassionate service and high-quality care for an affordable price. As treatment plans are highly customized, she works closely with clients to create treatment plans that fit their budget needs

Pre and Post Treatment Care

How should I prepare for my appointment?

When you meet with Cat, she will go over the guidelines for post and pre-treatment care. Here are some things to keep in mind:

Limit Sun Exposure: For most treatments, avoiding sun exposure on your skin 2 weeks prior and 2 weeks post treatment. We also recommend focusing on hydration during this time.
Hydration: We recommend that you focus on optimal hydration during this time. We ask that clients avoid antibiotics, retinols, and retinoids during the pre and post treatment window.
What to expect: Cat’s number one priority will be your comfort. After treatments, slight redness is normal.
Personalized Treatment Plan: Cat will provide post treatment care recommendations based on your individual treatment plan.

I have a really busy schedule. How long can I expect for downtime after treatment?

While some clients may experience mild skin redness and inflammation, many are able to go right back to work or their life immediately after treatment.
